All day Registration at Main Venue – Hamiltons Rugby Grounds, Stephan
Way, Greenpoint.
16h30: “RED DRESS” Run (Charity Fund-raiser) -
Starts from President Hotel
18h00: Bar open
18h30: Opening Ceremony at Hamiltons Rugby Grounds
19h30: Dinner. Followed by a few skits and then a Disco
24h00: Last shuttle leaves for the
President Hotel
SATURDAY 9 April 2005
09h30: Buses arrive at the President Hotel
and then commence to Hamilton Rugby Grounds
11h00: Buses leave from the Hamilton Rugby Grounds and
transport the participants to the various runs sites of their choice, (on a
first come first served basis) a packed lunch is available
17h00: All buses will have returned to the President Hotel via
Hamilton Rugby Grounds
17h00: Africa Hash GM’s Meeting to vote on Africa Hash 2007
18h00: Bar open
19h30: Dinner, a few skits and live band!
24h00: Last shuttle leaves for President Hotel
(During the evening the bid for the Africa Hash 2007 will be staged and the winning City/Country announced!)
SUNDAY 10 April 2005
09h30: Buses arrive at the President Hotel
and commence to Hamilton Rugby Grounds
11h00: Buses leave from the Hamilton Rugby Grounds and
transport the participants to the various runs sites of their choice, (on a
first come first served basis) a packed lunch is available
17h00: All buses will have returned to the President Hotel via
Hamilton Rugby Grounds
18h00: Bar open
19h30: Dinner, a few skits and live band!
21h00: Down Down Competition
22h00: Goodbye from Africa Hash Cape Town
2005 Committee
24h00: Last shuttle leaves for President Hotel.
